Architecture Incorporated worked on this new destination and resort golf course located south of Valentine, NE. Our firm designed the 30-bed clubhouse/lodge, outbuildings, and additional cabins. The club is located by a river that runs through a wooded canyon, surrounded by sand dunes for hundreds of miles. There are two 18-hole courses with plans for a third. One course is designed by Tom Lehman (Lehman Design Group) and the other by Graham Marsh. The clubhouse includes a restaurant, bar, commercial kitchen, lobby, living room area, cigar bar, library, conference room, decks, and patios. The building itself is designed to be simple and prairie-like in appearance, using wood siding and shingles. The clubhouse/lodge is open all year for conferences, retreats, or other events.
