Architecture Incorporated designed the 17,100-square-foot clubhouse and 4-story apartment building complex at Willow Run Golf Course east of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The apartment building complex houses more than 160 apartments, two guest suites, and underground parking for residents. The attached golf clubhouse features a meeting room and office in the tower, Pro Shop, restaurant with two decks, event room, GreatLIFE fitness facility, and swimming pool. The project has been so successful that the client is eager to expand the north deck of the restaurant.
