Ashlyn Olmstead

With a passion for design, Ashlyn Olmstead, Assoc. AIA's love for architecture is deeply rooted in her creativity, enjoyment of solving problems, and love of the outdoors. She thrives on collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life.

Ashlyn plays a key role in supporting the architectural design for all assigned projects and contributes as a member of the project team. Her responsibilities include collaborating with engineering consultants to prepare construction documents, handling bidding, negotiating contracts, managing contract administration, and overseeing project closeout. Additionally, she assists with the creation and development of 3D models and renderings at the Rapid City office.

Ashlyn is currently in the process of completing her architectural registration exams and is accruing required hours to become a fully licensed architect.
