This week, staff were able to move out of their temporary basement work stations and back into the newly renovated studio space.

Phase One of the Office Remodel is Complete!

Architecture Incorporated is currently in the process of renovating its Sioux Falls office. Originally a Masonic Library, our architects had to find a balance between preserving the rich history of the building and modernizing the space to meet our growing team’s needs. One of the primary goals was to house all of the architects, drafters, and interior designers in one shared space; they were previously split between two segregated levels. This was accomplished by adding a mezzanine level to the studio and incorporating a mixture of open workspaces and semi-private offices. The remodel also includes the addition of several conference spaces, a training room that seats approximately 35, and a casual gathering space for employees. The next phase of construction, which will begin immediately, will renovate the front conference room, reception area, basement and upstairs. The project is scheduled to be completed in Summer 2016.
