Architecture Incorporated was recognized by Prairie Business Magazine for the second year in a row as one of the 50 Best Places to Work. The magazine solicited nominations by having employees submit an anonymous employee satisfaction survey seeking input on each employer's benefits, workplace culture, and employee morale, among other things. Prairie Business received nearly 1,500 nominations this year.
“Business is a two-way street. It’s easy for employees to go the extra mile when they feel appreciated by their employers,” said Andrew Weeks, editor of Prairie Business. “And from the nominations Prairie Business received this year, it’s easy to see that the selected companies truly do value their employees, and vice versa.”
