Architecture Incorporated was recognized by Prairie Business Magazine as one of the 50 Best Places to Work yet again in 2021. The magazine solicited nominations by having employees submit an anonymous employee satisfaction survey seeking input on each employer's benefits, workplace culture, and employee morale, among other things. Prairie Business received more than 1,500 nominations this year.
"I am incredibly proud of this acknowledgment and the team we have!" said Andrew Eitreim, Vice President and Principal Architect. "There is nothing better than the recognition that comes directly from your own team."
“If people feel appreciated and are happy in their jobs, they are more productive. If they feel appreciated and valued, they are more apt to go the extra mile. There is less turnover and more innovation. And the end result of that is a better company," said Prairie Business Editor Andrew Weeks.
